摘要
[目的]了解娱乐场所女性从业人员艾滋病相关知识认知情况、安全套使用与求医情况,评价干预措施的效果。[方法]2007年3月,整群随机选择济宁市6个县市区,抽取其娱乐场所的女性从业人员进行调查,然后进行相关干预,2011年3月,再次进行调查。[结果]干预前调查1 011人、干预后调查986人,干预前后,艾滋病相关知识知晓率分别为70.72%、88.64%(P<0.01);艾滋病相关态度平均正确率分别为75.77%、94.57%(P<0.01);最近6个月性行为时坚持正确使用安全套者所占比例分别为38.48%、82.56%(P<0.01);下身出现不适时到正规医院或性病防治机构就诊者所占比例分别为68.35%、91.36%(P<0.01);最近1年接受过有关预防艾滋病服务的分别为54.10%、93.71%(P<0.01)。[结论]综合干预方法对娱乐场所女性从业人员提高艾滋病知识水平、安全套使用率和规范卫生服务率是有效的。
[Objective]To know the level of HIV/AIDS knowledge, the behavior of condom use and status of medical service seeking among the FSWs in entertainment places, so as to evaluate on the effect of intervention measures. [Methods]FSWs working in entertainment places of 6 counties,Jining city were selected through randomized cluster sampling to be investigated in March, 2007. Then relative intervention was conducted. After that, another investigation was carried out in March 2011. [Results] Before and after intervention, 1 011 and 986 FSWs were investigated respectively; the awareness rate of the HIV/AIDS related knowledge was respectively 70.72 % and 88.64 % （ P 〈0.0l ） ;the rate of having right attitude towards HIV/AIDS was 75.77 % and 94.57 ~ （ P 〈0.01）respectively;the proportion of using condom properly and continuously in last 6 months was respectively 38.48% and 82.56% （ P 〈0.01） ;the proportion of selecting formal hospital or STD prevention and control agency was respectively 68.35 % and 91.36 % （ P 〈0.01）;the proportion of having accepted H IV/AIDS prevention service in the past year was respectively 54.10 % and 93.71.% （ P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Comprehensive intervention is effective in improving the level of HIV/AIDS knowledge, the rate of condom use and the rate of receiving formal medical service among FSWs in entertainment places.
