摘要
[目的]分析苗尾水电站工程建设前疟疾发病情况,为制定相应预防控制措施提供科学依据。[方法]对2005~2009年苗尾水电站库区疟疾发病资料进行分析。[结果]2005~2009年疟疾平均发病率,施工区、淹没区和安置区乡镇分别为3.46/10万、3.96/10万、3.27/10万,3类地区的对照区分别为5.25/10万、5.43/10万、5.43/10万(P>0.05);36例病人中输入性病例30例。[结论]2005~2009年间,苗尾水电站建设地区疟疾发病呈下降或稳定趋势。
[Objective]To analyze the malaria prevalence before the Miaowei hydropower station construction, so as to provide scientific basis for working out prevention and control measures. [Methods]Disease surveillance data were analyzed during 2005-2009. [Results]The average incidence rate of malaria was 3.46/10^5 , 3.96/10^5 and 3.27/10^5 in the construction areas,flooded areas and resettlement areas during 2005-2009, The average incidence rate of malaria was 5.25/10^5, 5.43/10^5 and 5.43/10^5 in the control areas( P 〉0.05) ,30 were imported cases. [Conclusion]The prevalence of malaria is stable or down in the areas of the hydropower station construction during 2005-2009.
