摘要 在现代锅炉出口过热蒸汽温度(主汽温)是锅炉的重要参数之一,随着科学技术不断创新发展和机组容量不断增大,过热蒸汽温度控制的惯性时间常数和迟延时间都很大且表现出一定的非线性和时变特性。为了克服这些缺点,对过热汽温系统建立比较精确的模型显得尤为重要。利用通用一体化仿真系统(GISS)支撑软件Cybersim建立了过热汽温系统的动态数学模型,该仿真模型基于基本的物理定律,利用窗口化、模块化的建模方法,能以在线、交互方式修改、调试模型。能在较大范围内模拟过热汽温系统各变量间的复杂关系,真实反映系统的时变性和非线性。经测试,该模型运行结果基本上与现场运行相吻合。 Superheated steam boiler exit temperature (the main steam temperature) is one of the important parameters boiler. With the scientific and technological development and innovation capacity of the units is increasing, and superheated steam temperature control of the inertia time constant and delay time are large and show some non- linear and time-varying characteristics, in order to overcome these shortcomings, the superheated steam temperature system, establish a more accurate model is particularly important. In this paper, Universal integrated simulation system (GISS) support software Cybersim established the dynamic model of superheated steam temperature system, The simulation model is based on fundamental laws of physics, The use of windows, modular modeling method, a- ble to online, interactive way to modify, debug model. It can simulate in a wide range of superheated steam temperature system of complex relationships between variables, true reflection of the time-varying and nonlinear systems. Tested, the results of the model is basically consistent with the site running.
