摘要
用原子吸收分光光度法测定了0~7岁健康学龄前儿童4343人的头发锌含量,测出该年龄范围的发锌值下限,0~,1~,2~,3~,4~,5~,6~,7~年龄组朝鲜族男和女儿童下限值分别为38,46,53,60,77,74,82,93和41,41,59,64,73,84,93,100μg/g,发现,发锌值随年龄的增长而增加,男女间和朝汉族间发锌无明显差异,发锌值与生长发育水平之间无明显关联。
The Hair Zinc values of 4343 healthy preschool children aged 0~7 years of Yanji were determined by atomic absorption spectrophothometry. The fifth percentiles of hair zinc values of male and female preschool children in 0~1, 2~, 3~, 4~, 5~, 6~, 7~age-groups were:38, 4653, 60, 77, 74, 82, 93 and 41, 41, 59, 64, 73, 84, 93, 100 ppm respectively. The hair zinc levels increased with age. The difference of the levels between the sexes and the Korean and Han nationality was not significant. No relationship was found between the hair zinc levels and the levels of Physical growth and development.
