摘要
实验结果表明,小鼠腹腔注射1.35,1.80及2.70 mg/kg体重的氯化镉24h后明显抑制睾丸~3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷的参入,0.1mg/kg体重的氧化锗可以拮抗1.35mg/kg体重的氯化镉所致的~3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷参入抑制作用。
When cadmium chloride was injected in doses of 1.35, 1.80 and 2.70mg/kg body weight, the ~3H-thymidine incorporation into the testis was suppressed. Germanium oxide (0.1mg/kg body weight)can antagonized inhibitive effects of ~3H-thymidine incorporation induced by cadmium chloride (1.35mg/kg body weight).
