前白蛋白及胆碱酯酶及r-谷氨酰转肽酶在肝硬化及合并症中的检测意义

Significance of Determinating Plasma-Prealbumin,Cholinesteras and Galactosylhy Droxylysyl Glucosyltransferase in Liver Cirrhosis and Their Complications

目的探讨单纯肝硬化及有并发症的肝硬化患者血清前白蛋白(PA)、胆碱酯酶(CHE)、r-谷氨酰转肽酶(r-GGT)的变化及其临床意义。方法对最近几年住院的肝硬化及有并发症的患者血清PA及CHE、r-GGT浓度进行回顾性分析。结果与对照组比较,单纯肝硬化及并发症的肝硬化患者血清胆碱酯酶、前白蛋白明显降低(P<0.05);r-谷氨酰转肽酶在肝硬化并肝癌组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论 PA、CHE及r-GGT能灵敏地反映肝脏的损伤程度。三者联合检测对了解肝硬化病情及判断预后具有一定价值。

Objective To explore clinical significance of determinating plasma-prealbumin（PA）,cholinesteras（CHE） and galactosylhy droxylysyl glucosyltransferase（r-GGT） in liver cirrhosis and their complications patients. Methods To analyse serum content of the changing plasma-prealbumin,cholinesteras and galactosylhy droxylysyl glucosyltran glucosy ltransferase in the patients with liver cirrhosis and with complications in recent years. Results PA,CHE were significantly lower（P〈0.05）than those of controls.The liver cirrhosis with cancer r-GGT was significantly higher（P〈0.05）than those of controls. Conclusion Blood serum PA,CHE and r-GGT can reflect the sensitive degree of damaging the liver.Three union examination to understand liver cirrhosis and the judgment prognosis have certain value.
