摘要
窄安全密度窗口地层固井压稳和防漏矛盾突出,固井质量不高一直是困扰该类地层的难题之一。从固井施工过程力学分析出发,研究了固井防窜、防漏的力学机理,并在此基础上提出了一套压稳、防漏的环空压力控制方案。介绍了缅甸某窄安全密度窗口地层固井失败案例,指出了该井固井设计、施工的不足之处并提出了针对性改进方案,为窄安全钻井液密度窗口等复杂条件下固井设计与施工提供参考借鉴。
There is remarkable confliction between prevention of circulation loss and channeling for narrow safe mud density window formation,and poor cementing quality is always a problem of that.In this paper,the mechanics mechanism of prevention of circulation loss and channeling were studied,and a method of annular pressure control was developed.A tailing cementing job in Myanmar was introduced,that the deficiencies of cementing design and cementing operation were analyzed and some suggestions were proposed,which were good to the cementing job in narrow safe mud density window formation.
