磺化淀粉的合成及其缓凝性能的研究 被引量:5

摘要 以可溶性淀粉为原料,二氯甲烷为溶剂,氯磺酸为磺化剂,制得了磺化淀粉。研究了磺化剂与淀粉的配比、反应温度以及反应时间对磺化淀粉缓凝性能的影响。确定出合成的最优条件为:氯磺酸体积(mL)与淀粉质量(g)的配比为0.45,反应温度为20℃,反应时间为2 h。并对其作为油井水泥缓凝剂的性能进行了评价,结果表明,磺化淀粉在90~130℃的范围内具有良好的缓凝效果,缓凝时间可调,稠化曲线理想,与降失水剂、减阻剂具有很好的配伍性,水泥石抗压强度满足要求。 In this paper,the sulfonate starch is synthesized by dissoluble starch as basic raw material,CH2Cl2 as solvent and ClSO3H as sulfonate agent.By the research of the ratio of starch and sulfonate agent,the reaction temperature,and the reaction time,the optimum conditions are obtained that the ratio of Starch (g) to sulfonate agent (mL) is 0.45 mL/g,the reaction temperature is 20 ℃,and the reaction time is 2 hours.The experimental results show that the sulfonate starch exhibited good retarding ability to oil well cement slurries at 90 ℃ to 130 ℃,the thickening time is adjustable,and the thickening curve is in good shape.Moreover,the retarder is compatible with other agents and the cement stone has high compressive strength.
