中国钻井现场污水及废弃钻井液脱水处理装置

Introduction on Dehydration Apparatus of Drilling Sewage and Waste Drilling Fluid in China

为适应钻井作业施工满足环境保护的要求,介绍了目前中国油田对钻井作业现场污水和废弃钻井液脱水处理的方法及配套装置,展现了目前中国废弃物处理装置研发的最新动向。中国的脱水装置(板框压滤机、带式压滤机、卧式螺旋离心机)虽然已有改进,但在处理规模、处理效率、能源消耗等方面仍需提高改进,今后可以从解决降低废弃钻井液含水总量的方法上开拓思路,探讨出治理钻井废弃液的更好方案。

In this paper,the dehydration methods and apparatus used for drilling sewage and waste drilling fluid are introduced and the development orientation of waste treatment apparatus of China is showed.The dehydration apparatus of China has some shortcomings of treatment scale,efficiency,and energy consumption.Moreover,better treatment method is to decrease the water content in waste drilling fluid.
