摘要
张42井是在南阳凹陷张店区块南79断块上部署的一口大斜度3靶心定向井,该油田地质情况复杂,钻井事故较多。通过分析该区块的地质特点及井下发生复杂情况的原因,针对大斜度定向井对钻井液的特殊要求,提出该井斜井段使用聚合物混油防塌钻井液体系,用3种高分子量聚合物复配有效地抑制了地层分散造浆和井壁坍塌,通过复配使用降滤失剂SHN-1和OSAM-K将滤失量降至3 mL,ZRH-2和白油复配满足了大斜度井段井眼净化和润滑防卡等要求,保证了井下安全。实钻表明,该钻井液技术满足了大斜度多目标定向井的施工要求,解决了张店油田南79断块地层造浆严重、垮塌、起下钻阻卡频繁的问题。
Well Zhang42 is a high inclination directional well with 3 targets.Through experiments,it is obtained that polymer drilling fluid system should be used at vertical section,polymer oil-mixed anti-caving drilling fluid system should be applied at inclined section.Two filtration control agents SHN-1 and MG-1 are combined to reduce the filtration to 3 mL,and ZRH-2 and white oil are combined to lubricate and carry cuttings.The application shows that the optimized drilling fluid systems are successful.
