摘要
应用常规细菌学方法,对呼和浩特部分地区疑似布鲁菌病的牛、羊流产胎儿病料进行了布鲁菌分离,共分离到4株布鲁菌。进一步根据细菌形态、培养特性、生化特性以及平板凝集试验等对分离到的细菌进行种型鉴定。结果表明,其中3株为羊种布鲁菌生物3型,1株为牛种布鲁菌生物3型。本研究结果为内蒙古地区布鲁菌病的防控奠定了病原学基础。
4 strains of Brucella were isolated from aborted fetuses of cattle and sheep which were suspected with brucellosis by conventional bacteriological methods.Based on bacterial morphology,cultural characteristics,biochemical characteristics,and the slide agglutination test and other test,the species and type of Brucella strains were identified.The results showed that 3 strains of 4 were biological type 3 of Brucella ovis,1 strain was biological type 3 of Brucella abortus.This study has laid an important basis in etiology for the prevention and control of brucellosis in Inner Mongolia.
