Progress on Histopathologic Technology

病理技术是病理诊断的基础,也是病理研究中的方法学,在生物医疗活动中占有重要作用。组织病理技术作为基础医学和临床医学的桥梁,在多个领域得到了广泛的应用,并在各项研究中不断进行着新的探索,发展和形成了免疫组织化学、原位核酸分子杂交、激光共聚扫描显微等多种现代病理技术,具有较好的应用价值和广阔的应用前景。论文就近年来组织病理技术的研究进展及部分应用成果进行了简要综述,以期为病理学研究方法、试剂及仪器的选择提供新的线索和基础。

Pathological technology is the foundation of pathological diagnosis and is the methodology of pathology,playing an important role in biological and medical treatment activity.Histopathologic technology as a bridge betwen basic medicine and clinical medicine,which has been widely used in various studies and gose on new exploration in various research,it has developed and formed many modern pathology technology,such as immunohistochemistry,hybridization in situ,confocal laser scanning microscopy techniques etc.,and has good application value and broad application prospect.The paper reviewed the histopathological technology research progress and application achievement in recent years for providing new clues for choosing the the method of pathology,laboratory reagents and equipment.
