青海省部分地区商品猪旋毛虫感染的血清学调查

Serological Investigation on Trichinella spiralis Infection in Slaughted Swine in Qinhai Province

以旋毛虫肌幼虫排泄分泌)抗原作为检测抗原,采用间接酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法,分别对采集自青海省西宁市张氏生猪屠宰场、互助县屠宰场、平安县屠宰场的商品猪血清进行旋毛虫抗体检测,共检查猪血清1 065份。结果阳性血清为19份,阳性率为1.78%。可见在青海省商品猪中旋毛虫具有一定的感染率,动物卫生监督以及肉品检疫部门应加强肉品检验检疫,采取综合防控措施控制旋毛虫病的流行,保证市售肉品的安全。

Serological investigation on Trichinella spiralis infection in some slaughted swine in Qinhai province was performed by indirect ELISA with Trichinella spiralis muscle larva excretory and secretory（ES） antigen.A total of 1 065 swine serum samples from Xining,Huzhu and Ping＇an were detected,rand the results showed 19 positive with positive rate of 1.78%.It can be concluded that Trichinella infection present at some degree in swine abattoirs in Qinghai province.So animal health monitoring and quarantine departments should strengthen the meat inspection and adopt comprehensive measures to control the prevalence of trichinellosis and ensure the safety of commercially available meat.
