摘要
目的 探讨食管癌手术后患者早期使用鼻胃肠管营养改善情况及术后并发症的发生情况。方法对98例食管癌术后患者放置鼻胃肠管,通过早期给予肠内营养,改善。结果患者营养状况均有不同程度的改善,术后均未出现切口裂开及吻合口瘘。结论早期肠内营养是一种操作方便、经济、安全的营养补充方法,使用时应注意营养液流入的速度与温度,避免营养液返流,做好防止脱管、防止感染、营养管道堵塞等护理方法,加强护理管理措施,可有效减少术后并发症的发生。
Objective To explore nutrition improve of the patients with esophageal cancer surgery using nasal gastric tube early and the occurrence of postoperative complications.Methods After esophagectomy for 98 patients with nasal gastric tube,through giving enteral nutrition early to improve.Results Patients nutrition were of different degrees of improvement,it all did not appear incision and anastomotic fistula burst.Conclusion Early enteral nutrition is a kind of convenient operation,economic,safe nutritional supplement method,it should be paid attention to the speed and temperature nutrients inflows,avoiding nutrient reflux,the prevention of taking off tube,preventing infection and nutrition pipeline jams,strengthening the management of nursing measures can effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
