摘要
目的探讨逐痰祛瘀汤配合针刺法治疗中风吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法将71例中风吞咽障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采取逐痰祛瘀汤配合针刺治疗,对照组行常规营养神经治疗,疗程为4周,治疗前后行荧光吞钡造影录像评分,观察逐痰祛瘀汤配合针刺法治疗中风吞咽障碍是否优于常规治疗方法。结果 2组患者治疗后在吞咽功能方面均有不同程度改善,荧光吞钡造影录像评分均高于治疗前,治疗组治疗后评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论逐痰祛瘀汤配合针刺法治疗中风后吞咽障碍,改善了患者的吞咽功能,其效果优于常规营养神经及西药对症治疗。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zhutanquyu soup plus acupuncture in treating stroke patients with swallows barrier.Method 71 stroke patients with swallows were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group was treated with Zhutanquyu soup plus acupuncture;the control group was treated with convention nutrition nerve treatment.Two groups were treated for 4 weeks,then observed the improvement of swallow before and after treatment using fluorescence swallow the barium radiography video recording grading.Results Before the treatment,two groups had no statistical difference of the video recording grading;After the treatment,there were significant difference between two groups.Conclusion Zhutanquyu soup plus acupuncture can treat stroke patients with swallows barrier,its effect surpassed the conventional nutrition nerve and the western medicine just right for the illness treatment.
