立式屏蔽泵水力性能的数值模拟与分析 被引量:2

摘要 为研究SPG50-200型立式屏蔽泵的水力性能,给优化过流部件的结构设计提供基础,采用CFD分析软件对屏蔽泵的内部流动进行了数值模拟。给出了三维造型方法和流场分析方法,分析了泵内流体的速度和压力的分布特性,并基于流动模拟结果预测了水力性能,将计算结果与实验曲线进行了对比,研究了蜗壳断面形状对泵性能曲线的影响,介绍了屏蔽泵的应用前景。研究结果对泵的性能改进有一定指导意义。 To study the hydrodynamic performance of SPG50-200 type vertical canned motor pump for the basis of hydraulic model optimizing, commercial CFD software was used to simulate the internal flow in canned motor pump. The 3 D modeling method and simulation method of flow field were introduced. Velocity of flow and pressure distributing in the pump were analyzed, and the hydraulic performance of the pump was based on the results of flow simulation which were compared with the experiment results, the influence of the shape of volute cross-section on the performance curve was investigated, the application prospects of the pump was introduced. It has certain significance guidance for improving the performance of the pump. [ Ch, 11 fig. 1 tab. 9 ref. ]
