化学渗浸砂轮磨削性能的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 砂轮作为主要的磨削工具,在磨削过程中会产生大量的热,容易造成工件的表面烧伤和微裂纹。为了解决这个问题,研究出了一种化学渗浸砂轮。该砂轮利用砂轮中的气孔,将冷却剂、润滑剂、抗粘附添加剂、固化剂等物质渗入到砂轮中,固化后在砂轮孔隙中形成一层固化膜,在磨削过程中,起到有效的冷却和润滑作用。实验结果表明,采用这种砂轮可以有效降低磨削温度,延长砂轮寿命,避免零件的磨削烧伤和裂纹以及明显地改善了工件的表面质量和提高了磨削效率。 Grinding process with grinding wheel can generate large amount of heat, which easily lead to burn, make micro-cracks on workpiece surface. For the purpose of reducing the grinding temperature, a sort of chemical permeated grinding wheel has been developed. The chemical permeated grinding wheel is a new kind of grinding wheel, which is permeated by the chemical additives and solid lubricant into the gaps of the grinding wheel's interior. Therefore, the grinding wheel can form lubrication film on the surface of the gaps with effective cooling and lubrication. This grinding wheel has some good features, such as lower grinding temperature, smaller grinding force, higher life of the grinding wheel, and can prevent the adhesion of chip onto the grinding wheel surface. The experimental results show that the ground surface quality and grinding efficiency have been remarkably improved for hard-to-cut materials. [ Ch, 5 fig. 2 tab. 13 ref. ]
