光固化非金属线锯丝膜基附着力测试方法

摘要 光固化树脂层与芯线基体之间的结合性能是评价光固化非金属线锯丝质量的重要指标之一,直接影响线锯丝的使用寿命。介绍了一种基于拉拔法的树脂层与芯线基体之间膜基附着力测试方法,该方法不仅可以定量反映界面结合强度性能,而且试样制作简单、测试结果重复性好、实验数据可靠,可以用作光固化非金属线锯丝常规结合性能测试方法。 The bond performance between ultraviolet-curing resin coating and core wire substrate is one of the substantial evaluation indexes of ultraviolet-curing non-metal wire saw, which is directly affecting its service life span. In this paper, a test method of adhesion strength between resin coating and core wire substrate based on pull-out method is described. The method not only can quantify the performance of interface combined strength but also can be used as normal combined performance test method for ultraviolet-curing non-metal wire saw because of simple sample, good repeatability and reliable test data.
