摘要
对2007—2010年清香型原料产区烤烟主要化学成分含量进行变异分析,结果表明:清香型烤烟水溶性糖含量较高,中下部烟叶的糖碱比值偏高,糖碱比值变异较大,表现欠稳定;不同产区间还原糖含量差异显著,其余指标差异极显著,其中云南曲靖烟叶质量稳定性较好;不同年份间烟叶主要化学成分差异显著,中下部烟叶化学成分在不同年份间表现较稳定。
The variation of the main chemical components of flue-cured tobacco leaves with fen-flavour style material region during 2007 to 2010 was analyzed.The resuhs showed that contents of total leaving sugar were high in total; The ratio of sugar to nicotine was high among middle and lower leaf; The ratio of reducing sugar to nicotine had a big variation and was unstable. The difference of reducing sugar among areas was significant at 5% level, the other items were significant at 1% level; Contents of chemical components of fluecured tobacco from Qujing were stable. The difference of main chemical among years was significant at 5% level; The difference of main chemical of middle and lower leaf among years were stable.
