不同因素对包膜尿素材料有机物分解的影响

摘要 在不同温度、水分等条件下,将有机物料进行发酵培养,培养7 d后检测其水溶性有机质/氮含量。结果表明:微生物G对物料中有机氮的分解比微生物H的分解能力强,微生物H对物料中有机质的分解比微生物G的分解能力强。当激活剂添加量为0.33%、水分含量为80%、温度为30℃时,微生物G的活性最高,物料J在微生物G的作用下,其水溶性有机质和水溶性有机氮含量均达到最大值,发酵效果最好。 In different conditions, the organic materials was fermented, after 7 days, determine the content of water solubility organic matter/nitrogen about organic materials. The results demonstrated that: The microorganism G had better decompose ability than microorganism HI about the organic nitrogen of organic materials. The microorganism H had better decompose ability than microorganism G about the Organic Matter of organic materials, when the content of activator was 0.33% ,moisture content was 80% ,the temperature was 30~C,the active of microorganism G got to the top, the material J under the affect of microorganism G, the content of water solubility organic matter/nitrogen reach the highest, the fermentation effect was the best.
