摘要
由燕麦噬酸菌西瓜亚种(Acidovorax avenae subsp.citrulli,简称Aac)引起的西瓜细菌性果斑病(Bacterial Fhat Blotch)是发生在西瓜、甜瓜上的一种毁灭性病害。对3种已有引物进行比较筛选,发现WFB1/WFB2引物对Aac的扩增效果最好。通过对发病西瓜果实不同部位的PCR检测发现,瓜皮、瓜囊、种子内外均可带菌。通过西瓜种子不同处理方法的比较筛选发现,带菌西瓜种子处理的最佳方法为1%的盐酸处理5 min。
Baeterial Fruit Blotch(BFB) caused by A cidovorax avenae subsp, citrulli(Aac) is a destructive disease on watermelon and melon. The disease spreaded mainly through contaminated seed. WFB1/WFB2 were believed the best primers for PCR amplification of Aac by several primer screening test. The result of PCR detection of Aac in different positions in the disease fruit showed that Aac could exist in the capsule, rind and seed inside and outside of watermelon. By comparison of the physical and chemical treatment on infected seed,It showed that seeds were treated with 1% hydrochloric for 5 minuts was suggested the best way.
