摘要
沈阳皇朝万鑫酒店于2011年2月3日发生大火,损失严重。火灾因燃放烟花引燃酒店楼体外墙表面装饰材料所致,装饰材料主要为铝塑板幕墙,普通铝塑板防火性能较差。建议修订铝塑板幕墙技术规范及材料标准,推广新型防火钢结构幕墙和外门窗。
Shenyang Dynasty Wanxin Hotel was on fire on February 3, 2011 and a serious loss was caused. The fire was caused by firework which ignited the surface decoration material on external wall of the hotel. The main decoration material is aluminum plastic board curtain wall, but ordinary aluminum plastic board has poor fire resistance. It is proposed that technical specification and material standard for aluminum plastic board curtain wall shall be revised and that application of new fireproofing steel structure curtain wall and external door and window shall be promoted.
