摘要
刚性网格索穹顶结构施工成型过程中,其下部预应力索杆体系的成型与上部刚性网格的安装是一项非常关键的技术。在对国内外已建索穹顶结构施工成型方法进行总结的基础上,并结合国内在这方面取得的研究成果,提出了一种改进的索穹顶结构施工成型方法:索穹顶塔架提升索杆累积安装张拉成型方法。该方法可明显减小预应力拉索的牵引距离和牵引力,方便了拉索和撑杆的安装就位,施工过程中的安全性更易保证。
During the forming construction of cable dome with rigid grid, the technology of cable-strut forming and rigid grid installing is the key. The forming construction methods of cable dome build in the world are summarized, domestic research achievements in this aspect are also introduced. Based on above, a new forming method: "tower lifting with cable-strut accumulative installation and prestressed forming method" is put forward. This method can obviously reduce prestressed cable of traction distance and traction, and correspondingly the construction process is more convenient and safer.
