Research on Molding Cracks of MnZn Ferrite Cores

MnZn铁氧体磁心的生产过程较复杂,裂纹是导致质量问题的重要因素。笔者就导致成形裂纹的各种原因进行了分析,并根据生产实践经验提出了一些解决办法。

The producing process of MnZn ferrite cores is more complex, the crack is an important factor lead to quality problems. The reasons of molding cracks were analyzed, and according to my experience, some solutions proposed.
