针刺曲池、血海对小鼠瘙痒模型的影响 被引量:19

摘要 目的观察针刺曲池、血海对小鼠瘙痒模型的影响。方法 ICR小鼠及BALB/c小鼠分别随机分为模型组、苯海拉明组、针刺组。于实验前7 d,针刺组针刺曲池、血海,每日1次,每次留针30 min;苯海拉明组0.2 mL/10 g体质量灌胃,每日1次;模型组予等容积生理盐水灌胃。连续7 d,采用尾静脉注射右旋糖酐方法制作小鼠瘙痒模型,观察模型小鼠瘙痒次数和持续时间;采用皮下注射磷酸组胺方法制作小鼠皮肤过敏模型,观察模型小鼠皮肤风团面积和皮肤光密度。结果与模型组比较,针刺组可明显减少瘙痒模型小鼠的瘙痒持续时间(P<0.05),减小皮肤过敏模型小鼠腹部蓝染的风团面积,且降低皮肤光密度值(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论针刺曲池、血海有较好的止痒和抗过敏的作用。 Objective To observe the main effect of acupuncture at Quchi(LI11) and Xuehai(SP10) on mice model with itching.Methods ICR mice and BALB/c mice were randomly divided into model group,acupuncture group and diphenhydramine group.Dextran was injected into the caudal vein of each group 7 days after acupuncture at Quchi(LI11) and Xuehai(SP10) in acupuncture group.Diphenhydramine group was given diphenhydramine 0.2 mL/10 g by gavage,and model group was given equal volume of normal saline once a day.Scratching of the head with the front paws and the trunk with the hindpaws were taken as itching indication.And observation and records were made on frequency and duration of scratching within 30 minutes.Physiological saline solution with evans blue was injected into the caudal vein and histamine phosphate was injected into the subcutaneous region at the middle of the abdomen of the mice.The maximum length and width of the blue dye was measured.The colored skin was peeled,cut into pieces and made into homogenate,and OD value was recorded.Results Acupuncture at Quchi(LI11) and Xuehai(SP10) obviously shortened the itching duration of mice(P0.05),reduced the area of the colored wheal on the abdomen of the mice and inhibited the hyperfunction of capillary permeability caused by histamine phosphate(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture at Quchi(LI11) and Xuehai(SP10) has the function of relieving itching as well as antihistamine and antianaphylaxis effect.
