运脾颗粒的质量标准研究

Study on Quality Standard of Yunpi Granules

目的对运脾颗粒质量控制指标进行研究。方法对陈皮、当归、苍术、鸡内金分别进行薄层色谱鉴别,同时以橙皮苷为指标成分,应用高效液相色谱法对其进行定量测定。结果定性鉴别简便易行;含量测定方法中橙皮苷分离较好,橙皮苷柱效比较理想,其理论塔板数大于2000。加样回收率为101.70%。结论本法重复性好、精密度高,可用于该制剂的质量控制,并为运脾颗粒的深入研究提供了试验基础。

Objective To establish the quality standard for Yunpi granule.Methods Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Atractylodis Rhizoma and Galli Gigerii Endothelium Corneum were identified by TLC method,and the content of hesperidin in pericarpium was determined by HPLC method.Results The method of identification was simple.The method of content determination of hesperidin was ideal,and the number to a theoretical plate was more than 2 000.The recovery was 101.70%.Conclusion The method is accurate and reproducible.It can be used for quality control of the preparation and provide basis for further study.
