脑血宁注射液中栀子药材HPLC指纹图谱研究

Fingerprint of Gardenia jasminoides in Naoxuening Injection by HPLC

目的应用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)建立脑血宁注射液中栀子药材的指纹图谱。方法采用phenomenex C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速0.8 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长为238 nm和440 nm。结果建立了脑血宁注射液中栀子药材的HPLC指纹图谱,并确定了14个共有峰,共有峰的参数符合中药注射剂指纹图谱技术要求的有关规定。不同产地栀子共有峰的峰面积比值存在一定的差异。结论该方法准确可靠,为脑血宁注射液的质量控制提供了依据。

Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprints of Gardenia jasminoides in Naoxuening injection.Methods The chromatographic seperation was performed on a phenomenex C18 column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） with a mobile phase consisting of methanol-water,gradient eluent,at the flow rate of 0.8 mL/min.The column temperature was 30 ℃,and the detection wavelength was 238 nm and 440 nm.Results The fingerprint of Gardenia jasminoides in Naoxuening injection was established,and fourteen common peaks in the chromatogram were marked with the parameter according to the technical requirements of the fingerprints of Chinese traditional medicine.The ratio of common peak areas was different in the fingerprints of Gardenia jasminoides from different places.Conclusion This method is accurate,reliable,and provides a basis for controlling the quality of Naoxuening injection.
