摘要
循环经济是近年来在西方发达国家兴起的一种新型经济发展模式,已经取得了良好的经济效益和环境效益。但由于我国现阶段的经济增长方式仍以高技术、高消耗、低产出、不协调为特征的传统经济增长方式,处于对循环经济这一经济发展模式的引入阶段。因此如何以科学发展观为指导,以我国实际出发,大力发展循环经济,促进可持续发展走向深入,就成为当前一个迫切急需解决的重要课题。
The circular economy is a new economic development model which has risen in western developed countries in recent years,and has achieved good economic and environmental benefits.However,the economic growth model is still the traditional economic growth model with the characteristics of high technology,high consumption,low output and incoordination at the present stage in our country,and is still in introduced stage of circular economy.So,how to develop the circular economy taken scientific development concept as guidance,to further promote the sustainable development based on domestic actual conditions are an important topic needed to be solved urgently at present.
