摘要
目的:观察血脉舒颗粒剂对大鼠血栓形成及血液流变学影响。方法:采用动静脉旁路方法建立大鼠体外血栓模型,用肾上腺素+冰水浴冷刺激法建立大鼠急性血瘀模型,观察血脉舒颗粒剂4、8、16 g/kg抗大鼠体外血栓作用及其对急性血瘀大鼠血液流变学影响。结果:血脉舒颗粒剂中、高剂量组能明显抑制大鼠体外血栓形成,与空白对照组相比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);降低大鼠血液流变学多项指标,与急性血瘀模型组相比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:血脉舒颗粒剂具有抗大鼠血栓形成作用,能有效改善急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学各项指标。
Objective:To observe the effects of Xuemaishu Granules on the formation of thrombus and hemorheology in rats.Methods:The rat thrombus modle in vitro was made by artery-vein loop method.The acute blood stasis model was made by immersing ice-water into the rat with hypodermic injection of adrenalin hydrochloride and then treated with Xuemaishu Granules at 4,8,16 g/kg to observe the effects of the drug on formation of thrombus and the parameters of hemorheology. Results:At the medium or high dose,Xuemaishu Granules could significantly inhibit the formation of experimental thrombus in rats,compared with that in the control group(P0.01)and reduce the viscosities of the whole blood and plasma,compared with that in the blood stasis mode group(P0.01).Conclusion:Xuemaishu Granules show activity of anti-thrombosis and can improve the hemorheological parameters in acute blood stasis rats.
