摘要
目的:探讨小儿重症肺炎常见细菌种类、耐药性以及治疗对策。方法:研究2008年1月至2010年12月入住我院儿童重症监护室(pediatric intensive care unit,PICU)的重症肺炎合并多器官功能衰竭患者203例全部应用呼吸机治疗,上机后72 h内,气管导管内吸痰连做3次细菌培养(阳性做药敏试验),连续2次以上相同细菌者认定为该病原菌感染。结果:195例2次以上相同细菌被纳入本次研究中,前4位的细菌为:肺炎克雷伯菌54/195(27.69%),大肠埃希菌48/195(24.61%),金黄色葡萄球菌42/195(21.54%),铜绿假单胞菌32/195(16.92%),前4位的细菌总和176/195(90.25%)。结论:PICU应采取行之有效的干预对策,控制细菌耐药性迅速增长的不良趋势。
Objective：To analyze the bacterial pathogens and the antimicrobial susceptibility in patient with severe pneumonia.Methods：Bacterial pathogens and the antimicrobial susceptibility of severe pneumonia in patients from PICU of Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Bao＇an District from Jan.2008 to Dec.2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Results：Among 195 strains of pathogens causing nosocomial infection,the top four pathogens were Klebsiella pneunmoniae,Escherichia col I,Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and accounting for 27.69 %,24.61 %,21.54 %,16.92%.The serious antimicrobial resistance of commonly used antibiotics occurred in pathogens.Conclusion：The effective intervention strategy should be adopted to control the increasing tendency of bacterial drug resistance.
