摘要
目的:了解驻沈高校教师生命质量状况,并探讨其主要影响因素。方法:采用SF-36健康量表对高校教师及对照人群进行调查。结果:高校教师生命质量各维度得分普遍低于对照人群。自感压力对高校教师生命质量绝大多数维度有显著影响。影响高校教师生命质量生理健康方面的因素主要有年龄、每周工作时间、家庭人口数和自感压力;影响精神健康方面的主要因素有性别、职称、个人收入、宗教信仰和自感压力。结论:高校教师生命质量低于对照人群,压力可能是影响高校教师生命质量的最主要因素。
Objective：To investigate the quality of life（QOL） and its influential factors of teacher in university.Method：International current SF-36 questionnaire was applied to survey the QOL of teacher and control.Results：The scores of QOL of teacher were lower than that of control generally.Self-induced tension decreased QOL of teacher significantly.The influential factor of physical health of teacher were age,working-duration each week,number of cohabitant and self-induced tension.Sex,professional qualification,income,religious faith and self-induced tension influenced mental health of teacher mainly.Conclusion：The QOL of teacher in university was relatively low than those of control;and mental pressure might be the uppermost factor which pulled down the QOL of teacher.
