新型钴铬烤瓷合金铸造性能的研究

摘要 目的:研究新型钴铬烤瓷合金与临床应用钴铬烤瓷合金之间铸流率的比较。方法:采用网状试件,在其他条件相同的情况下,铸造完成后,统计铸件的格数和边数,分别计算蜡型和铸件格数与边数的百分比。结果:网状试件铸造结果显示,新型钴铬烤瓷合金与临床应用钴铬烤瓷合金的铸流率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),其CV值均大于94%。结论:新型钴铬烤瓷合金与临床应用钴铬烤瓷合金均有较高的铸流率,新型钴铬烤瓷合金的铸流率足以满足临床的应用要求。 Objective:To campare the castabiliy of new cobalt-chromium metal ceramic alloy and clinical applied cobalt-chromium metal ceramic alloy.Methods:The castability of each alloy was determined by the ability of the alloy to cast a mesh pattern made from polypropylene sieve resin.After being invested and cast,the pattern casting was then examined to determine the total number of filament segments that was successfully cast.Then,the castability value of the alloys(CV) was obtained.Results:The castablity of the two alloys had no significant difference(CV 94%,P0.05).Conclusion: The new cobalt-chromium metal ceramic alloy and clinical applied cobalt-chromium metal ceramic alloy had excellent castability,and can meet the need of its clinical application.
