On the Development of Internet Language from the Particularity of Internet Users

语言是文化的载体,规范的语言是文化传统得以维系、传承的重要基础。网络是一个平民化的交际舞台,它为不同阶层的网民提供了一个展现自我的空间。网络语言不是一种非正式的语言,由于姿势、表情、声音等缺失,使它的语言具有盲目性和随意性。而网络语言的使用者多为35岁以下中青年,新兴的词汇和不规范的语法,经常处于一种不稳定状态,因此十分必要对网络语言发展进行引导规范。去粗取精、去伪存真;倡导动态观念,树立多层标准等等。

Language is the carrier of culture and the normalized language helps to sustain and transmit the traditional culture.As a communicating space for the common people,Internet offers a place for different Internet users to express and show themselves.Internet language is a kind of informal language that has the features of blindness and randomness owing to the lack of postures,expressions and sounds.Most of the Internet users are under the age of 35,and the emergence of neologism and the ungrammatical language are unstable.Therefore,it is necessary to normalize the Internet language by the principles of discarding the dross and keeping the finer parts,eliminating the false and retaining the true,advocating the dynamic ideas and setting up multilayer standards.
