In this paper,we discussed a competition model of sterile control that a kind of mouse population＇s birth and death both have the factor of density restriction,and obtained the existence condition of system balance point,and have proven the partial approach stability and the overall situation stability of the balance point.Finally,we have given the numerical simulation of overall situation stable.
