机械工程本科应用型人才培养质量标准研究

Study on Training Standard for Mechanical Engineer Oriented Practice Application

为了适应经济和社会快速发展的形势,我国对高等工程教育、特别是对本科层次的工程人才培养进行了卓有成效的改革和探索。本文以工程本科应用型人才素质内涵和基本特征为出发点,分析和探讨了高等工程应用人才现实需求情况与问题,并结合机械类工程师的素质要求,从专业知识结构、能力训练和素质要求三个方面给出学生应达到的目标要求和培养标准,为更好地培养合格的专业人才,对本科院校管理和评学工作具有非常重要的实际意义。

Based on the connotation and characteristics of the applied talents,the paper analysies the demand and the problems for talents and gives the training objective and standard,including knowledge structure,ability training and quality requirement.It is of great practice significance to improve the quality of talents and the education of University.
