摘要
以数控技术为基础的先进制造技术取代传统的机械制造技术,已成为当今机械制造技术发展的趋势。数控机床在制造业中的大量应用,使社会对能熟练掌握数控机床操作、编程及维修人才的需求量越来越大。而数控机床是一种高精度、高效率、具有一定柔性的生产设备。企业使用数控机床的状况、对数控机床的管理维修能力决定了数控设备的利用率和企业效益。
Based on CNC technology,advanced manufacturing technology has replaced the traditional mechanical manufacturing technology and become the trend.With the large-scale application of CNC machine tools in manufacturing,so that the persons on master the CNC machine operation,programming and maintenance is very scanty in morden society.The CNC machine is a high precision,high efficiency and a flexible production equipment.The management of nc machine maintenance ability is determined the CNC equipment utilization efficiency and performance of enterprises.
