摘要
运用规范分析方法,简要分析了我国地方债务风险的成因和表现形式,指出市县级地方政府债务是地方政府债务管理的重要方面,进而揭示了市县级地方政府债务的风险特征,明确了市县级地方政府债务管理中存在的主要问题,最后就市县级地方政府债务风险的防范问题提出了有针对性的对策和建议。
By using the standard analysis method, the causes and manifestations of debt risk of the city and county-level local government in China are analysed and the characteristics of the city and county-level local government＇s debt risk are revealed in this paper. The main problems of debt management of local government are emphasized. Finally specific countermeasures and suggestions on debt risk prevention of the city and county-level local government in China are proposed.
