Some Ideas about Effective Execution in Railway Enterprise Management

管理团队的执行力建设是铁路企业实施多元化经营战略转型的重要保证。文章针对铁路企业执行力建设不尽人意的现状,提出了保证工作执行到位的具体措施,即科学地确定执行目标、加强团队执行能力建设、提高执行目标可操作性、强化执行团队的责任意识、充分调动人的主观能动性、打造良好的执行力文化、强化成本意识等。

The construction of execution of the enterprise management team will guarantee the successful strategy transformation of the implementation of multiple businesses in the railway enterprises. This paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of execution of the enterprises. On the basis of the analysis, the author puts forward some measures to guarantee the effectiveness of the implementation of the work, namely, setting performance targets scientifically, strengthening the construction of the execution of the team, improving the maneuverability of the performance targets, strengthening the responsibility awareness of the executive team, stimulating people to take initiatives, fostering favorable atmosphere of improving execution as well as strengthening the awareness of cost.
