摘要 过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体-γ(PPAR-γ)是一类由配体激活的核转录因子,活化后可以调控多种核内靶基因的表达,具有多种生物学效应。近年来研究发现,PPAR-γ具有调节脂肪代谢和调节炎症、免疫以及细胞分化等作用,参与诸多慢性免疫性疾病的发生及发展,文章综述了PPAR-γ的结构、组织分布,不同种属动物的核苷酸和氨基酸序列分析及其功能和展望,对了解其调节脂肪代谢和调节炎症、免疫以及细胞分化等功能作用,及其诸多慢性免疫性疾病的发生及发展具有一定的参考意义。 Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-γ (PPAR-γ) is a class of ligand activated nuclear transcription factor. PPAR-γ activation could regulate several target genes' expression in the nucleus, exerting a variety of biological effects. Recent studies found that PPAR-γ was involved in occurrence and development of many chronic immune diseases, regulating the fat metabolism and inflammation, immune function and cell differentiation. In this paper, the nucleotide sequence, amino acid sequence and function of PPAR-γ as well as its structure and tissue distribution were reviewed, which provided some valuable reference for understanding the regulation of fat metabolism and inflammation regulation, immune function and cell differetiation etc, and many chronic immune diseases of occurrence and development.
