养老金调整的适度水平研究

Research on Moderate Level of Pension Adjustment-amlitude

本文以养老金替代率为目标,以工资增长率为依据,分别按照上年养老金水平和上年社会平均工资增长率两种方式调整养老金,推导养老金调整幅度的算式。利用3年移动平均工资增长率确定养老金调整幅度的适度标准,实证检验,近几年养老金的实际调整幅度与理论调整幅度相比,按平均养老金调整方式计算低5个百分点左右。

Based on wage growth rate,the formulas of pension adjustment-amlitude are derived by previous year＇s pesion level and social average wage gorwth rate respectively in the paper.Then throught empirical analysis,the authors determine moderate standard of pension adjustment-amlitude using moving average wage growth rate of three years,and find that the realistic adjustment-amlitude setting by average pension in recent years is five percent lower than the research result.
