摘要
本文提出一种便携式气相色谱仪的模块化设计方法,对仪器中的各功能部件进行模块化设计,各功能模块独立工作,由主控制系统统一管理调度,协同完成仪器分析功能,使传统仪器的集中控制转变为分布式控制,降低主控系统的复杂度,提高系统稳定性。功能模块与仪器连接支持热插拔和即插即用特性,仪器配置更灵活,并能动态改变仪器功能,扩展仪器的动态应用范围。各功能模块具有自诊断功能,出现故障时可以快速定位故障节点。功能模块支持热插拔技术,能够在线更换故障模块,可以在仪器运行过程中动态维护,使维护更加快速、便捷、高效,符合便携式仪器的使用特性。
The modular design of a portable gas chromatograph is described. All the functional subsystems are modulized and work independently. The submodules are managed by the main control system to complete an analysis work coordinately. This design transforms the traditional centralized control into a distributed control to reduce the complexity of the main control system and increase its stability. The connection be- tween subsystems and the instrument supports hot plug and plug-in/plug-out, making the configuration of the instrument more flexible and the application fields more extended. Each submodule has its own diagnostic capability, and the fault submodules can be positioned quickly and changed online. Such features make the maintenance more convenient and efficient.
