摘要
本文采用紫苏烟Q和紫苏烟Q-00001及普通烟草为材料,通过HPLC法测定并比较其中芦丁的含量,目的是找到提取芦丁的新原料,以便于大面积种植推广。HPLC所采用的色谱柱为Apollo C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇︰1.0%磷酸(60︰40,V︰V);柱温25℃;流速0.8mL/min,检测波长为392nm。普通烟草中芦丁含量为0.505%,紫苏烟Q和紫苏烟Q-00001中芦丁含量分别为1.050%和1.267%,后两者芦丁含量为前者的2倍多,其中紫苏烟Q-00001中芦丁含量最高,是一种值得推广种植的用于提取芦丁的新原料。
In order to find out new raw materials containing rutin, the rutin contents in zisu tobaccos Q and Q-00001 and ordinary tobacco were determined by HPLC. An Apollo C18 column (150mmX4.6ram, Stem) was employed with CH3 OH : 1.0% phosphoric acid (60 : 40, V/V ) as mobile phase, column temperature of 25℃, flow rate of 0.8mL/min, and detection at 392nm. The results showed that in ordinary tobacco the rutin content was 0. 505%, and in zisu tobaccos Q and Q-00001, the rutin contents were 1. 050% and 1. 267%, respectively. The rutin contents in the latter two were twice as much as the former. As zisu to-bacco Q-00001 has the highest rutin content, it is a kind of plant worth to be spreaded.
