摘要
介绍了氢中一氧化碳、甲烷、二氧化碳标准样品制备过程,建立了标准样品杂质组分的分析方法,对该标准样品性能进行了考察,分析和评定了标准样品的不确定度,通过不同实验室的比对分析说明量值可靠。
The preparation process of standard sample of trace carbon monoxide, methane and carbon dioxide miture in hydrogen is described, and the method for analysis of its impurities was established. The performance of the standard sample was investigated, and its uncertainty was analyzed and evaluated. Comparision of analytical results from different laboratories shows that the value of the standard sample is reliable.
