摘要
食品中亚硫酸盐的检测方法国标为GB/T5009.34-2003。本文主要阐述了食品中亚硫酸盐的其他4种检测方法,并通过选取有代表的样品将这4种检测方法与国标法进行了比较和探讨,从而证实这4种检测方法对食品中亚硫酸盐的准确定量具有一定的指导意义。
The detection method of sulfites in food has been stipulated in national standard GB/T5009.34-2003. This article discusses four other methods, and their detected data for selected representative food samples are compared with those obtained by national standard method. The results confirmed that four new methods can quantitatively determine sulfites in foods accurately.
