双斜盘同步旋转内功率分流无级变速器动不平衡分析

摘要 针对双斜盘同步旋转内功率分流无级变速器的动不平衡问题,分析了斜盘组合的动不平衡原因和平衡方法,使用IBM-II智能化多功能动平衡测试仪,测量了双斜盘同步旋转内功率分流无级变速器的斜盘、压盘、配流盘、配重体等组合体的动平衡,并与理论分析的结果进行比较,根据测量结果进行修正,使重心与旋转中心吻合而达到平衡。为这种变速器的动平衡补偿提供一种实验方法。 According to the dynamic unbalance problem of bunchier with hydromantic-mechanical internal power distributing,the unbalance reason and balance method are analyzed,the relative dynamic balance is measured by using IBM-II intelligent multi-functional dynamic balance tester,and it is composed by slanting plate,pressure plate,port plate and counterweight.The results are compared with the results of theoretical analysis,and the measured results are modified to make the center of gravity and rotating center coincide.It provides a new method for dynamic balance compensation.
