中西式快餐的技术创新比较

摘要 随着改革开放的不断深入,国际间经济合作的不断加强,快餐业渐渐兴起并得以发展壮大,随之出现了中式快餐业。快餐业的产生是餐饮业进行的一次重大的技术创新。分别以麦当劳和马兰拉面作为西式快餐业和中式快餐业的代表,从技术创新的角度出发,分别从产品创新、过程创新、组织创新和市场创新4个方面进行比较,为中式快餐的技术创新和标准化、连锁化经营提供借鉴。 With the deep development of the reform and opening-up policy and international economic cooperation,the fast food industry has grown up in China,and then the Chinese fast food industry rised.The fast food industry is a significant technological innovation of the catering industry.In this paper,McDonald is taken as a representative of the West fast food and Malan Ramen is taken as a Chinese fast food industry,comparison between them in technological innovation is carried out in four respects of product innovation,process innovation,organizational innovation and market innovation,and it provides a reference for the other enterprises in technological innovation and standardization,chain management.
