不同燕麦产品对正常小鼠消化酶及Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 探讨了不同的燕麦产品对正常小鼠胃肠道消化酶和小肠黏膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活性的影响.将实验动物随机分为空白对照和分别饲喂燕麦面粉、燕麦麸皮、燕麦片、燕麦β-葡聚糖计5组,饲喂3周,测定血清胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶以及小肠黏膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活性,并测体重、进食量等指标.结果显示:饲喂3周后,面粉组小鼠体重和进食量与对照组基本一致,其他实验组小鼠体重下降,进食量减少,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05).燕麦产品对小鼠消化酶活性的抑制作用也很明显,除面粉组外,各实验组血清淀粉酶活性与对照组相比均差异显著(P<0.05);各实验组胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶和Na+-K+-ATP酶活性与对照组相比显著降低(P<0.05).实验表明:燕麦产品可抑制小鼠消化酶和小肠黏膜Na+-K+-ATP酶的活性,降低营养物质的利用率,降低体重,减少进食量.其变化过程与不同燕麦产品中β-葡聚糖含量呈正相关. The effect of different oat products on digestive enzyme and Na^+-K^+-ATPase activity of normal mice was studied.The experimental animals were randomly divided into control group,oat β-glucan group,oat flour group,oat meal group and oat bran group.The mice were fed for three weeks.The intestinal mucosa Na^+-K^+-ATPase activities and digestive enzyme were determined by spectrophotometry.The body weight and food in-take were also examined.The results showed that after three weeks, the mice body weight and food in-take of oat flour group is fit to control group,other groups body weight and food in-take of mice decrease,and there is significant difference comparing with control group(P〈0.05).Except for the oat flour group,the others suppressed body weight gain of mice and resulted in significantly decreased food in-take and amylse activity compared with the control group(P〈0.05);the trypsin,lipase and Na^+-K^+-ATPase activity of all experimental groups were significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.05).The result showed oat products could decrease level of body weight,food in-take,and intestinal mucosa Na^+-K^+-ATPase and digestive enzyme activity of mice.The availability of nutrient was depression.The change course is positive correlation with β-glucan of different oat products.
