摘要
可伐材料较为昂贵且冲压成型后必须进行电镀才能进行一次封排,生产周期长,成本高。因此,我们迫切希望用一种低成本的材料去替代可伐封接环,节约生产成本。在不锈钢封接环中的应用,应着重注意:封接环和端罩的设计、焊料的使用量、钎焊工艺控制、封接环平面度要求。
The KOVAR materials are expensive and after press forming they must be plated before using, the production cycle is longer and costly. Therefore, it is urgent to find low - cost cast materials. In this research we focus on: the design of cover plate and end shield, the use amount of solder, brazing process control and the flatness requirement of cover plate.
