摘要
随着磷化工产业的发展和环保工作的要求,湿法磷酸生产的水平衡和成本控制问题越来越引起行业的高度关注。通过探讨湿法磷酸生产过程中矿浆调浆槽的使用分析、试验研究以及选型要求,调浆槽的使用可以有效减少污水排放和成本消耗,而且对于生产能力越大的装置所能体现出来的价值也就越大,对于调浆槽可以结合自身实际需要进行设计和选型。
With development of phosphate chemical engineering industry and requirement of environmental protection, the water balance and cost control of phosphoric acid production by wet process induced industry's conceming more and more. By research on the utility of pulp surge tank in production of phosphoric acid by wet process, the experiment study and the option of equipment, the utility of surge tank could reduce sewage discharge and cost deplete, and more large device and more valuable. The surge tank could be designed and selected by linking with self require in practice.
