The cleaning up procedure and method for water vapor system of Shell gasifier

壳牌气化炉是壳牌煤气化工艺的核心设备,煤在气化过程中所产生的大量热量主要是靠圆筒水冷壁内循环的锅炉水将其带走,因此,在开工前有必要对气化炉水汽系统进行清理,以确保循环锅炉水的流量充足,且在每个冷却器里流经限流孔板后的锅炉水流量基本一致。

Shell gasifier is core equipment in Shell coal gasification technique. A lot of heat generated from process of coal gasification should mainly carry off by boiler water circulating in water - cooling cylinder, so that gasifier water vapor system must be cleaned up before operation to ensure sufficient flow in circulating boiler water,while the rate of boiler water through restriction orifice at each cooler should mainly be consistent.
